Kaajal Sharma

Senior Digital Software Analyst at Citi. Kaajal is a marketing professional with deep experience of the Private Bank and Wealth Management industry, who started her Citi career as part of the Reactivate your career programme. The Reactivate Program is a supportive hiring program, designed to help people transition from a career break into a career within financial services. It is specially designed to help people who may not have even worked in the tech sector before.

Pete Ward

Deputy CEO at Leadership Through Sport & Business. LTSB is a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles with major firms. Pete will be sharing their great work, and the hugely successful partnership with NatWest.

Desire Agyemang

Digital Innovation Apprentice at NatWest and a former participant in the LTSB program. Desire will share her career journey, her experience with LTSB to working at NatWest today.

Tony Clark

Founder and CEO at Next Wave, a digital acceleration consultancy with a purpose, to create better financial services through technology. With more than 25-years in financial services, technology and consulting, I have extensive hands-on experience delivering complex business and IT change management programs alongside financial institutions to drive their digital transformation agendas forward.

Hanna Amanuel

Hanna is a Warwick University graduate working in the financial sector, with a deep rooted passion for social mobility and inclusion, she was an intern in the NextWave One4One program, and will share her experience and career journey, from graduating to working at BlackRock as an analyst.

Thuvaraka Subramaniam

Thuvaraka is an Economics Graduate from City, University of London currently working at Société Générale’s Private Bank, Kleinwort Hambros. She is passionate about social mobility and breaking down barriers. She participated in the first cohort of the NextWave One4One programme and will share her experiences from being an intern to now working as a Trainee in the Banking and Finance sector.

James McLeod

Mike has spent a 35+ year career working at the sharp end of finance, technology and media globally, based in Asia, the US and Europe. A passionate champion of technology, innovation and diversity. Establishing the TechGateway and Big Boost Mondays program in 2022 to promote DEI and technology, working with women in tech, non-stem, LGBTQ+, and the under-represented, finding pathways to technology careers.
